Gogopay is specializing in online payment system is looking for 1 person to work on challenging project in our Panjim office:
We are currently looking for an office assistant who could help us to balance the growing work load. The successful candidate should be able to start working in our Miramar office as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
type and maintain information for technical documentation
review documents to ascertain proper quality and completion
perform some easy book-keeping tasks, payment of bills, etc.
keep contact to the customers over phone or e-mail
answer the incoming phone calls and welcome office guests
assist project managers in recruitment process
update homepage and other relevant documents
provide assistance for other employees and perform other routine office support duties
Requirements
minimum: high school graduate
min. 6 months of relevant work experience
excellent knowledge of English
good knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
excellent typing skills
attention to details and experience with proofreading and quality control of the documents
good knowledge of MS Office
ability to work under pressure
desire to deliver the best service possible
creativity
driver license is a plus
